Braintree Technologies Selected for AgFunder's GROW Impact Accelerator

Braintree Technologies has been selected to join the GROW Impact Accelerator, a flagship programme backed by AgFunder — one of the world's most active agrifoodtech venture capital firms. GROW, headquartered in Singapore and supported by Enterprise Singapore, is an ecosystem catalyst focused on advancing innovation, sustainability, and resilience across the global food system.

As part of the programme, Braintree received $100,000 in cash investment and $100,000 in in-kind support on founder-friendly terms, along with bespoke coaching, mentor support, expert sessions, peer learning, and access to AgFunder's global industry network and co-investment partners.

The 20-week accelerator programme brought together startups from around the world tackling some of the most pressing challenges in food and agriculture. Braintree was featured as a company developing climate-smart agriculture solutions — specifically, a robotic farming-as-a-service platform that can transform unattended land into productive agricultural spaces, raising smallholder incomes and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

"We wanted to connect with the agritech ecosystem. The GROW Impact Accelerator provides access to agritech-specific VCs, connections with markets, and we get to know all the awesome companies in our cohort. The accelerator has proven to be a valuable experience as we are provided with critical feedback relating to improving ourselves. This gives us a better perspective on how to position ourselves in this industry." — Arif Makhdzir, CEO of Braintree Technologies

Arif added that the programme's fireside chat sessions were particularly impactful, providing direct contact with key individuals across the agriculture ecosystem and better insight into how things work across different countries in Southeast Asia.

The selection reinforces Braintree's position within the global agritech landscape and its commitment to building technology that creates meaningful impact for farmers and food systems.
